Return & Refund Policy for Customized Frame Products

Because all frame products are made to order and personalized based on customer specifications, our return and refund policy is limited and carefully structured. Please read the following guidelines before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Customized frame products are not eligible for return or exchange under normal circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect selection of size, design, or customization details provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to screen/display differences or handmade processes)

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition

To claim this:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.


3. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The issue is verified and approved by our support team
  • Replacement is not possible

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

4. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we will:

  • Provide a free replacement of the same product
  • Ship the corrected item at no additional cost

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After production has started, cancellations are not allowed

6. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details
  • We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer
  • Slight design variations may occur due to handcrafted or printing processes
